The seminar will be in the Grand Hotel, Malahide – a seaside town in north County Dublin. It is approximately 15 minutes from Dublin airport and 45 minutes from Dublin city centre.

The hotel has free WiFi throughout. Guests are free to use the Swimming Pool, Steam Room, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Gym and Aerobics Room between 6.30am and 9.45pm. Please bring a swimsuit if you would like to use these facilities!
You will be asked to provide a credit card on check-in, for use against any extra expenses such as food/drinks ordered to your room.
The seminar starts with dinner on Tuesday 17 November at 7.00pm, and ends on Thursday 19 November at 3.45pm. You can check into the hotel from 3.00pm.
NATIONAL AGENCY STAFF PLEASE NOTE: You should arrive on the evening of 16 November, in time for the Preparation Meeting on 17 November.
The best way to get to the hotel from Dublin Airport is by taxi. The journey lasts 15-20 minutes and costs approximately €20. Taxi ranks are located just outside each terminal building.
Fee & Events
The seminar fee includes:
• Two day contact seminar including materials
• Two nights’ accommodation at Grand Hotel Malahide (17 & 18 November 2015)
• All meals during the seminar
• Social activities.
The welcome dinner on 17 November will be in the hotel’s Coast Restaurant. Dinner on 18 November will be in the Brazen Head Bar and Restaurant in Dublin city centre. This dinner will form part of our Cultural Evening and will include Irish music and Irish story telling.
The weather in Ireland in November is usually quite changeable, and can range from dry and sunny to wet and windy. The average temperature is around 8-10 degrees, so warm clothing is advised (especially if you would like take a walk along the coastline near the hotel or into the local village!).
